Fitness And Weight Loss Camp
In our effective fitness and weight loss camp we offer a full body strength training and cardiovascular workout. Our program also includes cardio tennis, we will provide all you need such as the USTA certified Tennis Professionals, training, racquets, tennis courts, and a healthy boost of motivation.
We require weekly weigh ins and offer ongoing nutrition support which meets once a week and is facilitated by professional counselors such as former Weight Watcher Counselor Reeva Pierre who has lost over 120 pounds and is no stranger to the challenges of being overweight.
Our instructors encourage individuals to do their personal best regardless of your fitness level. Even beginners are able to complete almost the entire workout. Discuss any injuries or limitations with your instructor and he/she will make an effort to provide an alternative or altered version of activities that you may not be able to complete comfortably.
